One of the most encouraging aspects of being on the front lines of a discipleship ministry is when those who you meet with and are growing in the gospel desire to share that Gospel with others.

This past semester, Jodi and I [Kirby Myers, FCA Campus Director at the Naval Academy] have both seen this becoming a common occurrence.  Statements like, “Pray for me because I want to talk to my mom about this because I know she doesn’t believe.” or “Can you help me prepare this Bible study that I’m leading this week with my company?” or “Can I get another one of these books for my teammate who I'm leading through this study?”

When the truth of the Gospel impacts a life, there is a natural tendency to want to share the Good News with others. Of Mids that Jodi and I are in weekly Gospel study with, many of them are sharing with us ways they are talking to others at the academy.  We take no credit in this, but celebrate the work that God is doing in the lives of the Midshipmen through the faithful teaching of the Word of God all because of your generous support.
