Are You Called to FCA?
If you are passionate about ministering to coaches and the athletes whom they influence, by seeing them come to know Christ and to grow in their faith, then you may be called to ministry with FCA. This is the vision of our ministry and FCA’s ultimate goal.
We believe wholeheartedly that serving the Lord through FCA is answering a call to Christ in sports. Answering this call to join our ministry may be a career long pursuit. Therefore, we want to provide you with some information and an application process that may be helpful in discerning your call to serve the Lord through FCA.

Area Director
Assist the Multi-Area Director by building and leading a team that accomplishes FCA’s vision and mission throughout a set geographic area within a Maryland Multi-Area region.
Area Representative
Engage, equip, and empower coaches and athletes with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Facilitate the hands-on ministry in local schools and teams.
Collegiate Director
Assist the Multi-Area Director by building and leading a team focused on one or more college campuses to accomplishes FCA’s vision and mission.
Collegiate Representative
Engage, equip, and empower coaches and athletes with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Facilitate the hands-on ministry in local colleges and universities.
Administrative Assistant
Serve behind-the-scenes to empower field staff with administrative excellence.
