All Field Staff are required to attend. Admins and Board Leadership are encouraged to participate.
Our goal for this day is to strengthen your financial base so you can carry out ministry more effectively—and hopefully enjoy the work even more.
Goals of the Meeting
Our goal today is to help you improve your financial base so you can execute your ministry more effectively and hopefully make your job more enjoyable! We will do that by:
- Helping you expand your view donors and your ministry.
- Helping you Connect with your donors on a deeper level.
- Helping you Communicate with your donors in ways that effectively engage them.
- Helping you Care for your donors so you can build lasting, trust-filled relationships.
The end result is that if we can help you

Communicate, and
Care in new and deeper ways, you will provide better ministry, build a strong base of support to grow your ministry significantly, and remove much of the frustration often tied to fundraising.
You will leave the Summit with:
- A broader vision for what your ministry within FCA can look like—even bigger than you see today.
- New and fresh ideas, along with practical tools, to strengthen your financial support base.
- Individual game plans you can take home and put into play immediately.
- A support system designed to help keep you focused, accountable, and encouraged as you work to make your plan successful.

Parking is available in the secure garage beneath the building.
Please note the height restriction: vehicles taller than 6 ft. should park at the Light Street Garage.
Snacks and lunch will be provided. Attire is business casual.
